The Kern ALS compact precision analytical balances offers the user a wide selection of functions, such as parts counting, percentage weighing, and tolerance weighing. A compact design, practical for small spaces, the backlit LCD display is easy to read in most light conditions. The model has a level indicator with adjustable feet to precisely level the balance.

Ergonomically optimised keypad for left and right handed users, a modern glass draft wind shield for optimal visibility of the weighing chamber.  Percentage determination makes it possible to store a given weight value and to determine deviations from this target value. Weighing with tolerance range, ideal for portion division, dispensing and grading. Units are supplied with an RS-232 digital output for connection to a printer making the unit GLP compliant.

ALS models come with Adjusting program for quick setting of the balance accuracy, external test weights are required to perform this function.
